About the Owner
Manuel Roman is a local business owner with a commitment to family and community. He is the founder of Carolinas Home Buyers, a Real Estate Investment firm specializing in quick and easy home-buying solutions. With several years of experience in real estate, he has purchased and resold properties in the Western North Carolina, Upstate SC and Triad (High Point, Winston Salem, & Greensboro), NC area.
After graduating high school, followed his passion for Accounting and enrolled in Greensboro College where he later graduated with a degree in Accounting and a second degree in Business Administration & Economics. After graduating from College, Manuel went to work for one of the top 20 accounting firms in the nation, where he first learned about Real Estate. Seeking a better work-life balance, he decided to transition to a career in real estate. With his background in accounting and Business, he has a passion for the art of putting a deal together that is beneficial for all parties involved. He enjoys being able to help people out of complex financial situations with their properties and create a home that is safe and affordable for new families.
When not working, Manuel enjoys reading, working out, and horseback riding. His love of the outdoors and the authenticity of the people here called him to Greensboro several years ago while in college. Manuel and his wife, Diana, enjoy experiencing all that Greensboro has to offer and are happy to call it their home.
